For medium-and large-volume productions requiring speed and precision, 4 MAZAK CNC lathes work between eight and twelve hours a day.
Generally, we work on small and medium parts i.e. parts with a diameter between approximately 6 mm (Ø 1/4 in) and 305 mm (Ø 12 in) and a length between 6 mm (1/4 in) and 635 mm (25 in) with tolerances in the range of .010 mm (0.0005 inches).

The expertise within this company in the machining of medium and small parts comes from over twenty five years of experience in the field of the manufacture of geodetic measuring instruments.
Thus, this plant has acquired a great mastery of the manufacturing processes of instruments capable of measuring local stresses, movements, pressure, deformations, rotation, water pressure and water levels.
These instruments are used in the inspection, monitoring and analysis of constructions such as dams, bridges, buildings, tunnels and plants, which is why the components manufactured in our factory must resist to the corrosion while being accurate.
